JSDC日托扩展援助计划

Program Guidelines:

• New childcare startups and existing remodels that directly increase capacity are eligible for a 1:1 match not to exceed $10,000 in matching funds.
• 符合条件的项目:固定装置、家具、设备、建筑相关的扩建费用. 需要在项目开始日期前获得批准.
• 所有收据必须在报销前提交.
• 该项目必须是通过北达科他州获得许可的(或正在获得许可的)托儿设施.
• Providers who receive match dollars must remain in operation for a minimum of 2 years from the application date. 如果不这样做，将导致补助金按比例返还给JSDC.
• New and existing providers who receive startup assistance through the matching grant program are ineligible for any other JSDC programming assistance.

Terms and Conditions:

• 资金将在项目结束时一次性支付，作为所发生费用的报销. 
• 免息贷款将按比例分摊，并在2年内予以豁免, contingent upon project completion. Applicant must also maintain a valid license for the number of children or greater specified at the time of the application approval. Any building owner or store proprietor/tenant with lease authority or authorization from the owner may apply for funding.
• 租户的租期必须至少还有两年. Subject building
  must be correctly zoned.
